Gate Valves

“YASH” make Gate valves are designed to provide minimum turbulence & resistance to flow when in fully open position. These gate valves ensure accurate control & alignment of wedge while operating. The gate valve is a general service valve used primarily for on--off, non-throttling service. The valve is closed by a flat face, vertical disc, or gate that slides down through the valve to block the flow.

Valves are provided with properly machined and lapped backseat to ensure re-packing under pressure while fully open. Availability of Solid Wedge, Flexible Wedge, Split Wedge and Parallel Wedge designs conform to API-600. Pressure rating from 150# through 2500# in Cast Carbon Steel, Cast Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel of all Grades and Super Alloy Steel, Hastelloy Valves are in regular production, offer maximum option to clients for suitable selection. Long Screwed-in Seat Rings ensure perfect tightness for a longer period of service and replaceable after a long period of service. Gaskets and Gland packing material are selected to suit service conditions like temperature, corrosion, erosion, pressure, vacuum and other applications 

These high conductances, stainless steel SS 304 fabricated valves are designed for reliability and for use as in-line chamber isolation valves and load lock applications. These Gate valves are fitted with Neoprene "O" rings as standard and optionally viton "O" rings are offered. These Gate valves undergo stringent leak detection tests on a Helium Mass Spectrometer for leak tightness
