FORGED BODY TRUNNION MOUNTED BALL VALVES
We offer Trunnion ball valve from 2” to 40”. Includes ANSI 150# TO ANSI 2500# in carbon steel body. These Trunnion mounted ball valve are designed where the requirement is a lower operating torque. It’s a solution to the problem of excessive torque required by a floating type valve in high-pressure service. There is a short shaft, a kind of extension which is known TRUNNION set in the body.
Trunnion ball valve reduces the size of the actuator and overall costs of the valve. This cost difference becomes an important factor when the pressure class and valve size increases.
